"TeRespondo, a Miami based provider of online marketing services, has been acquired by Overture Services, a subsidiary of Yahoo. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2001, TeRespondo delivers search advertising to millions of Internet Users, the companies said in a statement. It has offices in Sao Paulo and Mexico City. The Miami-based merger-and-acquisition firm of Cypress Capital Advisors acted as advisor to TeRespondo."
